    Throughout the year I’ve started each month with a heightened sense of optimism than what I end up with by the end of the previous month. One thing I’ve learned about myself over the past couple of years is that I love a Beginning. Whether that is the beginning of a week, a month, a year, I almost always feel refreshed and ready to take on whatever “new” period of time is ahead.
