Some Recent Outdoor Photos | Sunday Morning Thoughts
Among other things, I have been partaking in a few outdoor adventures within the past week or two. I felt like sharing some of the photos I’ve taken, from rocky hilltops to the floors of the forests, in case you are in need of some extra sunshine, blue sky, a quick reading break, and/or can’t make it to the great outdoors yourself. Playlist | Sunday Morning Thoughts
For the past few weeks I’ve been putting together a Sunday music playlist. I scroll through Spotify and listen to possible additions for about an hour and save the songs that I think fit the pensive, sometimes moody, and comfortable sensations that follow a Sunday morning sunrise.

Words escape me. What is there to say when each day is the same, each moment feels like a mediocre lifetime? Another sunrise, another cup of coffee, another look out the window to see if the ducks have returned for the day.

The Ducks in the River | Sunday Morning Thoughts
Three ducks have made themselves quite comfortable in the small river behind my apartment. Every morning for the past few weeks I have seen them sitting on the rocks that are not totally submerged. Often I only see two staying dry above the surface of the water; the third is always floating nearby or is just surfacing from below.
