The end of November is here already – did this month fly by for you, too? I don’t have a lot to say about my reading and blogging activities over the course of November, but there are a couple of things to review so here we are.
Happy Halloween, fellow readers and bloggers. 🎃 I hope you were able to read whatever scary, thrilling, mysterious, or non-spooky books caught your eye this month. I had quite a good reading month myself, which I hope continues through to the end of the year (because somehow we’re almost there!)
Another September gone by; I’m sad that my favorite month is ending and that winter is closing in, but talking about what I read this month will help alleviate some of that sadness for now.
Just like that, we have finished two-thirds of the year. August has been beautiful weather-wise, and pretty okay reading-wise, too. I hope you were able to get some books knocked off your TBR, and if not, found at least one book you’re glad to have picked up.
And the year just continues to fly by. I’d be lying if I said I’m 100% sad about August’s speedy arrival because I’m [f]all about what comes after it (September), but I won’t get into that now.
Instead I’m looking back on my reading, blogging, and miscellany during the month of July. I’ve been in a strange reading place this summer, as I feel like I’ve read so much more than I actually have. I’m chalking it up to reading [too] many books at once – a habit of mine that has really intensified over the past couple of months. Nonetheless, I really enjoyed the books I read this month and am happy with what I managed to write here on the blog. So let’s get into it.

Cue the “how is it already June?!” reactions. I’m not looking forward to another month going by in a flash, but I am looking forward to a much better reading month than the mess that was May. But seriously, where did this month go?
