August Reading Preview | 2021
If you missed my Reading Goals blog post, I mentioned that I am once again abandoning “strict” monthly TBR posts—after once again learning they only make reading the selected books feel obligatory. Instead, I will be doing monthly Reading Previews, where I’ll talk about what kinds of books I’m in the mood for, any blog tours or scheduled reviews I have coming up, mention any new books I’m anticipating, and whatever else comes to mind.
So with that introduction out of the way, here is my August Reading Preview – it’s a quick one.
Although July was my best reading month so far this year, I did not focus enough on my 20 Books of Summer Reading List as much as I should have. So this month I will not stray from that list (I may need to repeat this to myself throughout the month…😆)
Stay tuned for my blog posts on the books from that list throughout August, keep an eye out for my weekly WWW Wednesday posts, follow my August reading on Instagram, or find me on Twitter. I would also love to know which books, reading challenges, or other bookish topics you are excited about this month – feel free to share in the comments.
Goodluck sticking to your list! haha
I do really love the idea, although I have a *slight* problem… I have no idea what I even am in the mood for.. 🥲 A romance? a chilly thriller?… no idea.

Thanks! 😆 I recommend jumping into a genre you haven’t read in a while (or ever)! Hope you find something great!
