2018 Reading Challenge | March
Well, I was hoping for as much momentum to reach my goals this month as I had in January and lost in February, but it did not manifest. As you can see from my Goodreads list (which I have been staying on top of!), I’m currently reading multiple books, which I will talk about in addition to those I’ve finished. I also want to mention that April is my blogiversary – so I have a few things in the works that I hope you’ll come by to check out. I’ll be posting tomorrow with more details, but before then, here is my March Reading Challenge Wrap-Up.

2018 Reading Challenge | February
January was such a good reading and blogging month for me, and I had hoped February would follow suit. Unfortunately it did not, but I cannot totally complain about these twenty-eight days, because otherwise it was a good month (boyfriend’s birthday, Valentine’s Day, seeing Black Panther – just a few of the high points). I am excited for March, though, because it’s another almost-five-week month (oh January, you were so great to me), spring will be arriving, I have a new plan for my #bookstagram, and I have a few book reviews in the works. My energy levels are increasing just thinking about it. Anyway, here is my [quick] February Reading Challenge…

2018 Reading Challenge | January
The first month of the new year ends today, and I’m actually pretty happy with the amount of books I read over the past 31 days. Compared to previous months (and years, actually), it seems like I’ve finally gotten back into my reading groove and that feels great!

Book Unhaul | January 2018
This is my first book unhaul of 2018, and maybe the first of my life, to be completely honest. A big driver of my 2018 Reading Challenge – inspired by Marie Kondo – is to remove from my bookshelves the books that no longer have a solid place in my heart and soul. I will donate the books I no longer want, but first I’m laying them all out here in case anyone in the book bloggersphere (or general bloggersphere) is interested in them. If you are in the United States, I would be happy to send you one (or more) of these books if you wish, at no cost…

RC2017: The Princess Bride
The Princess Bride is filled with action, romance, murder, adventure, fantasy, and of course, William Goldman’s humor, and I’m glad I finally took it off my bookshelf to read.

RC2017: The Little Paris Bookshop
When I started reading Nina George’s The Little Paris Bookshop (in English), I did not know that my copy was a translation – Das Lavendelzimmer is the book’s original, German title. I found out about its origins when I was searching for a translated book to incorporate into my Reading Challenge, and since I had already started reading, it was a convenient choice.
