WWW Wednesday #22 | 05.05.2021

I’ve already read more this month than I did throughout the entirety of April, so I’m writing this reading update with a little more pep in my step (pep in my typing fingers? reading eyes? you know what I mean) than in previous weeks.

This meme was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and revived on Taking on a World of Words. All you have to do is answer the three questions below and leave a link to your post here for others to read.

The three questions:

  • What are you currently reading?
  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

What are you currently reading?

Poet’s Choice, edited by Paul Engle and Joseph Langland, The Obelisk Gate by N.K. Jemisin, and Dumb Witness: A Hercule Poirot Mystery by Agatha Christie (audiobook). I know the first two have been in previous weekly updates, but in the last few days I have made substantial progress in them, so I think they are worth mentioning [yet] again.

What did you recently finish reading?

Cards on the Table: A Hercule Poirot Mystery by Agatha Christie. A lot of dialogue about bridge (card game) but a great mystery.

What do you think you’ll read next?

I’ll keep listening to Dumb Witness and hopefully by next Wednesday will be finished with The Obelisk Gate.

Did you answer the three W’s this week? Feel free to link your WWW Wednesday post below or just share which book(s) you’ve started the month with.

Happy reading!
