WWW Wednesday #20 | 04.07.2021
We are a week into April and I’ve done more bookshelf organizing and ebook downloading than reading, but I’m still riding the beginning-of-the-month high so that’s not a self-critique by any means.
This meme was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and revived on Taking on a World of Words. All you have to do is answer the three questions below and leave a link to your post here for others to read.
The three questions:
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?
What are you currently reading?
Still working my way through The Obelisk Gate by N.K. Jemisin, and that is it for the moment.
What did you recently finish reading?
Prisoner of Love by Beverly Jenkins. This is the first Beverly Jenkins novel I’ve read, and I definitely won’t be stopping here. If you have time for 105 pages (I read the ebook on Scribd) of love, sex, and thrill, read this book.
What do you think you’ll read next?
Yesterday I binged The Irregulars on Netflix, and with its connection to/spin on the Sherlock Holmes universe plus my unintentional break from Agatha Christie stories, I feel an impulse to read the first Sherlock Holmes story. So, A Study in Scarlet by Arthur Conan Doyle is up.
Did you answer the three W’s this week? Feel free to link your WWW Wednesday post below or just share which book(s) you’ve started the month with.
Happy reading!
