December Wrap-Up 2022
Happy New Year, blogging friends! I hope you were all able to wrap 2022 up by the end of December 31st, but if not, there’s plenty of room here in my boat. This past week was simply exhausting, and I opted to rest and avoid most of my to-do lists, including the one for my blog. Nothing life-altering got neglected, and I don’t mind starting the new year off with a lot of to-dos, so before I finalize my yearly goals, the first blog posts of the year, and my reading plans for January, here’s a quick wrap-up of the final month of 2022.
Books Read
- The Gentleman Mentor by Kendall Ryan
- Love Machine by Kendall Ryan
- The Bands of Mourning by Brandon Sanderson
Miscellany
While time did fly in December, there are a few moments that made time stand still (in all the best ways). I had a great night out at dinner with a friend; my boyfriend and I went to the botanical gardens to see it aglow in beautiful lights; and my sister delivered some exciting news that is going to make next summer very memorable.
Did you finish out the year with a good book or two (or more)? As always, I’d love to hear about what you’ve been reading (including any blog posts you’ve enjoyed lately), and would love to know how you’re feeling as we head into a new year.
Let’s chat in the comments.
