Add Me on The StoryGraph | Sunday Morning Thoughts

I’m here with another edition of Sunday Morning Thoughts, and this time around they all culminate into one: add me on The StoryGraph!

The StoryGraph (currently in Beta) is a platform most comparable to Goodreads. It launched at the beginning of 2020, and as I planned to move away from Goodreads, it could not have come at a better time. You can learn all about the platform on the site and, for more frequent updates and information, on Twitter. I’m going to take time this week to amp up my profile even more, and get it ready for my 2021 reading goals and plans.

If you have never heard of The StoryGraph, I encourage you to check out the links above. In my casual use of it this year, I love it because:

  • It’s another way to cut more of Amazon out of my life (Goodreads is owned by Amazon).
  • The interface is less clunky, plus the more modern design is aesthetically pleasing and easy to use.
  • There is an option to import your Goodreads data to your SG profile.
  • The StoryGraph team is open and receptive to feedback, and is quite engaged with its users (as far as I have seen).

If you are already using The StoryGraph, connect with me here or leave your username/link to your profile in a comment below.

And that does it for my 2020 Sunday Morning Thoughts. I hope to see you on [occasional] Sundays in 2021!
